My stay at Amami Sunplaza Hotel had its ups and downs. The staff were friendly and eager to help, which was a definite plus. However, I found the room to be quite basic—temperature control was lacking, and the bed was a bit uncomfortable. Plus, the thin walls made it hard to escape the noises from neighbors.
